Day 1: CAIRO

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, Spanish-speaking assistance at the airport by our representative. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation in Cairo. Dinner not included.

Day 2: CAIRO

Breakfast. Departure to visit the three Pyramids of Giza, the eternal Sphinx and the Valley Temple (entrance to the interior of the Pyramids not included). Free afternoon, possibility of an optional visit to the Necropolis of Sakkara and the city of Memphis, capital of the ancient empire. In the evening, possibility of an optional visit to the Sound and Light Show of the Pyramids. Return to the hotel and accommodation in Cairo. Dinner not included.

Day 3: CAIRO – LUXOR

Breakfast. Free day or possibility of flying directly to Luxor in the morning. Possibility of making an optional full-day visit to the city of Cairo: The Egyptian Museum of Pharaonic Art, the Citadel of Saladin with its Alabaster Mosque, the Coptic Quarter and the Khan El Khalili Market. In the afternoon, transfer to Cairo Airport and flight to Luxor. Arrival and transfer to the Boat. Night on board. Lunch and dinner included.

Day 4: LUXOR – ESNA – EDFU

Breakfast. In the morning, we will visit the Necropolis of Thebes: The Valley of the Kings, the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut known as El-Deir El-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. In the afternoon, visit the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. At the scheduled time, we will set sail for Esna. We will cross the Esna Lock and continue sailing to Edfu. Night on board. Day 5: EDFU – KOM OMBO – ASWAN

Breakfast. Arrival in Edfu and visit to the Temple of Edfu dedicated to the god Horus. Sailing to Kom Ombo and visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only one dedicated to two deities: the crocodile-headed god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Haroeris. Sailing to Aswan. Night on board. Lunch and dinner included.

Day 6: ASWAN

Breakfast. Free day. Possibility of an optional excursion to the famous Abu Simbel Temples. Then, we will visit the Aswan Dam and the Philae Temple. We will also take a felucca ride along the Nile River (typical Egyptian sailboats) to admire from the felucca a panoramic view of the Mausoleum of the Agha Khan, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Garden. Night on board. Lunch and dinner included.

Day 7: ASWAN – CAIRO

Breakfast on the boat and disembarkation. On the return flight to Cairo. Arrival in Cairo. In the evening, possibility of taking an optional buffet dinner with a show on a floating boat on the Nile River. Return to the hotel and overnight in Cairo. Dinner not included.

Day 8: CAIRO – SAINT CATHERINE

Breakfast. Departure towards the Sinai Peninsula via the Ahmed Hamdy tunnel under the Suez Canal, passing from Africa to Asia. We will visit Ayun Musa or the springs of Moses (Mara) and then continue towards the city of Saint Catherine. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation in Saint Catherine. Dinner included.

Day 9: SAINT CATHERINE – MOUNT OF MOSES – TABA – EILAT – ARAVA – WADI RUM

Breakfast. At dawn, departure towards Mount Moses or Mount Sinai (Mount Horeb) 2,285 m high where the prophet Moses received the Tablets of the Law from God while the Hebrew people camped at the foot of the mountain. From the top of the mountain we will be able to see the sunrise and Mount Saint Catherine which is the highest peak in the peninsula at 2,637 m. Descending the mountain we will visit the Monastery of Saint Catherine (if possible) located at 1,570 m. high with its imposing walls. Return to the hotel and at the scheduled time departure to the border point where we will leave Egypt. Arrival in Arava, via Eilat, transfer to the Jordanian border. Entry to Jordan, after completion of immigration procedures. Continue to Wadi Rum. Visit to the Wadi Rum Desert, a 2-hour 4×4 Jeep trip driven by Bedouins through huge mountains with unique shapes that emerge from the green areas of the desert. Dinner and lodging in Wadi Rum.

Day 10: WADI RUM – PETRA – AMMAN

Breakfast. Departure to Petra or the Pink City, the Capital of the Nabateans and recognized as a Wonder of the World in 2007. We will see the most important and representative monuments carved into the rocks by the Nabateans. The Tomb of the Obelisks, El Siq, a 1 km long canyon where at the end of its route you will discover the impressive and well-known Treasury (Al Khazneh), the street of columns, the colored tombs and royal tombs. We will then travel to Amman. Dinner and accommodation in Amman.

Day 11: AMMAN – MADABA – MOUNT NEBO – ALLENBY – JERUSALEM

Breakfast. Departure to Madaba, better known as the City of Mosaics, located just 30 km from the Jordanian capital. There we will visit the Church of St. George, where the oldest known mosaic map of the Holy Land was found, made in 571 AD. Next, we will visit Mount Nebo, a place of great importance for all Christians, since it was the last place visited by Moses and from where the prophet could see the Promised Land that he would never visit. We will continue to the Allenby Border. After completing the border procedures. Continue to Jerusalem. Overnight in Jerusalem. Dinner not included.

Day 12: OLD JERUSALEM

Breakfast. Departure to the Mount of Olives, for a magnificent view of the city. We continue to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Basilica of the Agony. We will continue to the Old City, climb the Temple Esplanade (if possible) and visit the Wailing Wall. Next, we will walk the Via Dolorosa to reach the site of Jesus’ crucifixion and the Holy Sepulchre. Visit Mount Zion where the Tomb of King David, the Cenacle (site of the Last Supper) and the Dormition Abbey are located. We will continue to the modern part of the city to visit the Mahané Yehuda Popular Market (Shuk), the most famous popular market in Jerusalem, where you can experience the true variety of Israeli cuisine. The main attraction of the market, apart from its products, is the intercultural atmosphere that is felt in its bustling stalls. Accommodation in Jerusalem. Dinner not included. Optional Night Tour Sound and Light Show at the Tower of David. 44,000 years of Jerusalem’s history are reflected in a fascinating audiovisual show, illuminated by impressive virtual reality images projected onto the walls of the Tower of David complex.

Day 13: MODERN JERUSALEM (OPTIONAL BETHLEHEM)

Breakfast. Departure to the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are on display, and where the Model of Jerusalem in the time of Jesus is located. Panoramic tour of the Modern City and the Israeli Parliament. We continue to the picturesque neighborhood of Ein Karem, visit the Church of St. John the Baptist. We continue with the visit to Yad Vashem, Holocaust Museum and Memorial. Accommodation in Jerusalem. Dinner not included. Day 14: JERUSALEM – JORDAN RIVER – GALILEE – HAIFA

We arrive at Yardenit, the traditional site of Baptism in the Jordan River, and we will continue for an exciting boat ride on the Sea of ​​Galilee. We continue towards the Mount of Beatitudes, the scene of the Sermon on the Mount. Visit to Tabgha, the site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes, and Capernaum, where the Ancient Synagogue and St. Peter’s House are located. Day 15: HAIFA – ACRE – NAZARETH – HAIFA

Breakfast. Departure to Acre to visit the ancient Crusader Fortress. Continuation to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and Joseph’s Carpentry. We continue to a winery in the Galilee area, for a tasting in this region, known for the best wines produced in Israel. Return to Haifa. Day 16: HAIFA – CAESAREA – TEL AVIV

Breakfast. Departure along the Mediterranean Sea until reaching Caesarea Maritima, the ancient Roman capital, where we will visit its Theatre, the city of the Crusaders and the Roman Aqueduct. We will arrive in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Panoramic tour by bus along Rothschild Street and the picturesque Neve Tzedek neighborhood, where we will visit the HaCarmel Market (Shuk), the market is famous for its fresh produce, clothing and authentic restaurants. We will head to Jaffa, one of the oldest ports in the world. We will enjoy free time at the Flea Market and its numerous art, crafts and jewelry galleries. Or possibility of transfer to the hotel. Day 17: TEL AVIV

Breakfast. Free day. Possibility of taking the Optional Excursion to Masada and the Dead Sea. Departure to the Dead Sea region, one of the lowest places in the world. Cable car ride to Masada, the last fortification of the Jews in their fight against the Romans. Visit to the excavations, Herod’s Palace and the Old Synagogue. We will have free time to enjoy a bath in the medicinal waters of the Dead Sea. Return to Tel Aviv. Overnight in Tel Aviv. Dinner not included.
